Gardens Staff 
Matthew Styles-West
Head Gardener
Matthew has been with us now for about 4 years helping to develop the gardens and bring them forward. He has been in the Horticultural industry for many years working with his mother who was head gardener in the private gardens of West Wycombe park for Sir Francis Dashwood. Matthew started going to work with his mum from the age 5 and has continued in horticulture ever since. Qualifying from Merrist Wood agricultural college in 1989. He is married to Liz and has two boys aged 5 and 3, living on the estate.
Rommel AntiojoUnder Gardener
Rommel has worked in the gardens for 5 years now having come from the Philippines and has learn t much of English gardening. He is a valuable asset to the team and has become skilled in his work. He is married to Rhona with a 2 year old daughter.
Jack YallupApprentice gardener
Jack is the latest addition to the team starting 3 months ago as an apprentice and currently studying a day release course at Hartperry college. Jack is learning the art of gardening quickly and has shown a natural aptitude, he has already become another very valued member of the team.
Angela WhitcombePart time gardener
Angela, although heading the estate's equine department, helps in the garden through out the Spring and Summer months. A very capable gardener and much liked member of the team.
Farm Staff
Graham TaylorFarm Manager
Graham has been at the estate for many years and seen many changes most recently the switch form mixed farming of arable and sheep to sheep only expanding the flock to approximately 1200 yews. Graham is married to Liz and lives on the estate
David GauldHead Shepherd
David or 'Geordie' to his friends looks after the 1200+ sheep and has won shepherd of the year many times at Morton-In-Marsh show. David lives with his long time partner Sharon, living on the estate at Swell Farm.
Equine
Angela Whitcombe
Angela looks after the horses and manages the racing stud here at Rockcliffe. When she is not doing that you can find her working in the gardens.
Estate Shoot
Gordon CookeGordon is the longest serving member of the estate staff and has run the shoot here since day one. He has won prizes for the game and cover crops year after year. Gordon is married to Elaine and lives at Hollow Barn on the estate.
House Staff
Christie GamboaChris has been with the Keswick's for many years traveling with them as their house keeper. The homemade cakes that she puts on for the open days are the best. Chris lives on the estate with her daughter.
Jane Tew
Jane has been with the estate for about 12 years now and helps in the house. Jane is the first to lend a hand for the teas on the open days and always has a smile.
